
Yes I Can is a year-round youth program federally funded through the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 (WIA) and administered by the Capital Area Workforce Development Board.
The program is designed for in-school and out-of-school youth between the ages of 16 and 21 who, because of existing barriers in their life, need support in order to achieve educational aspirations and to attain gainful employment.
